POSITION AVAILABLE:
BRIDGE SAFETY INSPECTOR THE POSITION REQUIRES A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF THE NHI TWO-WEEK COURSE ON SAFETY INSPECTION OF IN-SERVICE BRIDGES OR NICET CERTIFICATION AS LEVEL III OR IV AS A BRIDGE SAFETY INSPECTOR. 1) IN ADDITION, THE BRIDGE INSPECTION TEAM LEADER NEEDS A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS (SEVEN YEARS IF NOT A PE) EXPERIENCE IN BRIDGE INSPECTION ASSIGNMENTS; AND 2) BRIDGE INSPECTION ASSISTANT NEEDS A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE IN BRIDGE INSPECTION ASSIGNMENTS. THE POSITION REQUIRES AT LEAST 50% TRAVELING THROUGHOUT TEXAS AND GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION TO CLIMB UP AND DOWN OF BRIDGE STRUCTURES. THE POSITION IS A FULL TIME POSITION AT OUR OFFICE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX. NO SUBCONTRACTING AVAILABLE.
